Terms of Service

These terms apply to consumer purchases from bondi-bronze.co.uk. Our store is hosted by Shopify, but your purchases are made directly from Bondi Bronze.

Products

We aim to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may vary slightly between screens, but this does not affect your right to receive goods that match their description, are of satisfactory quality and are fit for their purpose.

Please read each product’s description, ingredients, directions and warnings before purchasing and using it. Follow the instructions supplied with the product.

Product descriptions and prices may change for future purchases. Changes do not retrospectively alter an order we have already accepted.

Orders and payment

Please check your items, choices, contact details and delivery address before placing an order.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we confirm that we have accepted your order. An automated acknowledgement of receipt does not, by itself, confirm acceptance.

You must provide accurate information and be authorised to use your chosen payment method.

If we cannot accept an order - for example, because an item is unavailable -we will notify you and refund any payment taken for it.

If we discover a pricing or description error before accepting your order, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed on the corrected basis or cancel for a refund.

Prices and promotions

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website. UK consumer prices include applicable taxes.

Delivery charges and any other charges we collect are shown before you complete your purchase.

International orders may involve customs duties, import taxes or handling charges. Any amounts not collected at checkout depend on the destination and applicable import arrangements.

Promotions apply according to their stated conditions, including minimum spend, eligible destinations, expiry dates and whether discounts can be combined.

Free delivery is an occasional promotion and is available only when advertised and its conditions are met.

Delivery

Please read our Delivery Policy for delivery charges, dispatch times and estimated delivery times.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. If your order is delayed or missing, contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate solution.

For consumer orders using a delivery service we offer, goods remain our responsibility until they are received by you or a person you nominate to receive them.

Nothing in these terms removes your statutory rights relating to late or failed delivery.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains how to cancel an eligible order or request a return.

For eligible online purchases, you normally have 14 days after delivery to notify us that you wish to cancel, followed by a further 14 days to return the goods.

For health protection and hygiene reasons, change-of-mind returns are excluded where a product’s hygiene seal has been broken after delivery and this makes it unsuitable for return. This includes our foil-sealed creams and gels.

This restriction does not affect your rights if goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Accounts and website use

Keep your account access details secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorised use.

You must not use our website for fraud, unlawful activity, harassment, distributing malicious software or attempting to access other customers’ information.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or security concerns. This does not remove your rights relating to existing orders.

Website content and reviews

Our branding, product images and other website content belong to us or their respective rights holders. You may browse and use the website for shopping, but must not commercially reproduce protected content without permission or another lawful basis.

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and must not contain unlawful, abusive or misleading material. Any incentives received for a review should be disclosed.

Privacy and Shopify

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used and shared.

Shopify processes information to host and operate our store and may process information for its own purposes as described in our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s privacy notices.

Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This does not remove mandatory consumer protections or rights to use local courts that apply where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms applicable when we accept your order will continue to govern that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
